Re Mode provides patient communication and clinic automation services to clinics in the UAE. This page summarises our approach to data. Specific data processing and retention requirements are agreed with each clinic during onboarding.

Information we handle

Website enquiries: the details you submit in the demo form (name, clinic name, work email, phone, clinic type and any message) are used only to arrange and prepare your demo.

Clinic deployments: patient communication data is processed within the clinic’s own environment, limited to the minimum information required for the approved workflow.

Access

Access to clinic environments is restricted according to user role.
